The Grupo Zoko beach bar, great creators of gastronomic experiences, has just opened its doors on the Atlanterra beach in the town of Cadiz, with rice dishes –and tuna– as the protagonists.Zokarrá Playa is the new opening of the Zoko Group in Zahara de los atunes.A new beach bar that gives off an informal and fun air, within a unique natural space, with the best cuisine and cocktails, as well as music to liven up and create a unique atmosphere on the spectacular Atlanterra beach.Dry octopus rice with shrimp and cecina and tuna with onions.The food menu features rice dishes, an iconic dish from his Kokarrá restaurant in Zahara de los Atunes.Six types of rice, among which the tuna fish stands out, a sticky rice with a unique flavor with cuttlefish and slices of raw tuna that finishes cooking with the heat given off by the stew.It also offers more classic rice dishes and some very unique ones, such as seafood rice, black rice, Iberian rice, vegetable rice with payoyo cheese or dried octopus, shrimp and cecina rice.Like the rest of the Zokarrá group restaurants, it follows the same line based on the creativity of the kitchen team and quality products for its preparations.For this reason, a wide variety of dishes made with a flagship product of the area, the protagonist of its dishes, could not be missing: tuna.Among them, the spicy tuna tartar or the Almadraba wild tuna bonbon, which won the Jury Prize for the most innovative Tapa at the VII Tuna Route.The average restaurant ticket is 40 euros per person.
